About the Programme

Now in its fifth edition, the Economic Times Young Leaders is the only nationwide programme of its kind. The programme invites ambitious young working professionals between 26 to 32 years of age. Participants are evaluated basis different leadership parameters, defined by our knowledge partner CEB – global leaders in leadership assessment. Participants go through the following four rigorous phases of assessment:

The Programme Phases

  • PHASE 1 Online Personality test All registered candidates take a simple 20 minute personality test
  • PHASE 2 Online Skill Check Shortlisted participants are tested on their verbal and numerical thinking
  • PHASE 3 On-ground group discussion Leadership qualities of participants are determined via group assessments
  • PHASE 4 ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEWS WITH CEOs Impress the CEOs, and get a chance to be on the list
