About The Initiative

The Economic Times Young Leaders program is a platform for identifying and rewarding India's most promising young managers in the age group of 26 to 32 years.

Participants have to clear three rounds that test them on personality, numeric, analytical and logical thinking, and problem-solving skills in teams – before meeting a jury of blue-chip CEOs for exclusive one-on-one interviews.

The program is recognised by corporate India as the gold standard to identify future leaders of India Inc.
